Omni Bay Home Care Referral Agency is a domestic referral agency. We are not a home care organization, and we do not employ caregivers. The caregivers Omni Bay refers are independent professionals, registered with the California Department of Social Services, as home care aides, and are selected and employed directly by the client, client's family, or client’s estate. Omni Bay Home Care Referral Agency is paid a fee by the client for vetting, matching, scheduling, and ongoing coordination. Families receive a written disclosure of their rights and responsibilities as a household employer before any care begins (AB 1667).
